  • Personalized or signed copies may require an additional 2–4 business days for preparation.
 
Domestic Shipping (within USA)​
  • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (additional cost applies).
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
 
International Shipping
  • We ship worldwide 🌍. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
  • Standard delivery ranges from 10–21 business days.
  • Customs fees, taxes, or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
 
Special Editions & Signed Copies
  • Spray-edged or signed editions are packed with extra care.
  • Please allow additional time for packaging and handling.
 
Lost or Delayed Packages
  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@valarchauthor.com
  • We will assist in locating your package or arranging a replacement when applicable.
 
Damaged Items
  • If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Exchange and Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

  • Digital products (eBooks) are non-refundable once downloaded.

 

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange your book for the same title, contact us at [insert email] within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days with your order number and photos.

  • We will send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
